What this website collects

This site has no sign-up or contact forms, no cookies, no ads and no analytics or tracking. Like all websites, our host (GitHub Pages) may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Businesses we reach out to

To make free website previews and contact businesses about them, we use business details the business has already published, such as its name, phone, email, address, hours and services. We use this only to build the preview and contact the business. If you want your business removed, email us and we will take the preview down and delete the details.

When you contact us

If you email, text or call us, we keep your name, contact details and messages so we can reply and do the work you ask for.

When you become a client

We use the business details, text and photos you send us to build and run your website. At checkout, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address and card. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services we need to run our business, like Stripe for payments and our website host, or when the law requires it.

Our emails

We find business contact details only from information the business has published itself. If we email you about a free website preview and you'd rather not hear from us, just reply "no thanks" and we'll stop for good.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing keith@ivydesignforge.com.
